Wowee, is that menu with the blue cover from Disneyland?? I know they continued to make the ones with the red covers until the 60's. A friend once told me that there was another Carnation Cafe in Los Angeles, which I was surprised to hear, but I don't know much about it.
One Victorian banana split please....and stand back, i'm not sharing! :)
